And to achieve the optimal quality of La Chouffe, Marcel gives you some tips:

• Place the keg in the fridge for at least 10 hours before use (24 hours is even better)! If the keg is not refrigerated enough, there may be too much foam during service
• Do not shake the keg and store it upright
• After opening, the beer is consumable for 30 days with guaranteed pressure quality
