Chouffe Soleil is an unfiltered blond and refreshing Belgian beer with an alcohol content of 6.0%. Indulge yourself with its refreshing flavours of mandarin and lime, and extra notes of vanilla, elderflower, chamomile and a hint of pepper.
The story of Brasserie Achouffe started in the late 1970s in the Vallée des Fées (Valley of the Fairies), when the 2 brothers-in-law Pierre Gobron and Chris Bauweraerts decided to brew their own beer. The first brew was produced in August 1982 in the garage of Chris's mother-in-law. Since then, Brasserie d'Achouffe has been in the good hands of a gnome family. They ensure that the beers shine throughout the country and far beyond.
Chouffe Soleil is at its best when poured into a dry glass at a temperature of 6°C. Hold your glass at a 45° angle and pour 2/3 of the bottle. Turn the glass upright and pour in the rest for a lovely thick head. Dip your chin in and join the gnome family!
